2. Booking & Payments

Booking

  • Services can be requested via phone, email, or our online contact form.

  • A confirmed booking requires agreement on scope, pricing, and schedule.

Payments

  • Payment terms (deposit, full payment, etc.) will be specified at booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We do not handle:

  • Medical waste

  • Explosives or flammable substances

  • Items prohibited by local laws

Violations may result in service termination and additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the work area (clear pathways, unlocked gates, etc.).

  • Disclose any potential hazards (e.g., broken glass, sharp objects).

  • Obtain necessary permits for large-scale cleanouts (if applicable).

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Weather Delays: Extreme conditions (snow, storms) may postpone service.

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues caused by subcontractors unless directly hired by us.

  • Website Use: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images) is owned by Construction Wipeout and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Wake County courts.
